Tell us more about your upcoming release that will be released on 26th of October via Cafe De Anatolia & CDA Records?
“Otherview” is an organic house track inspired by “Luciano – Rise Of Angel (Andrea Oliva Remix).” I composed “Otherview” in 2020 during the first Covid confinement, which was a long period of reflection for me about the choices I’ve made throughout my life, and I conveyed those reflections through this track.
What is your connection with Cafe De Anatolia?
I already have several tracks with Cafe De Anatolia, collaborating with artists like Bebo, Bagara, and Nicola Vega. Cafe de Anatolia is the most interesting choice for organic house and downtempo music for me. I appreciate the artists and the unique atmosphere the label offers.
What do you believe sets your music apart from others in the industry? What makes your sound unique?
Each artist is unique, distinguished by their personality, character, experience, and influence. We each have something unique within us.
Tell us more about yourself & your music career?
I started my DJ career in 2009, doing warm-ups for a DJ in a club, progressing to club lights, and gaining experience that led me to travel to Saint-Tropez, Switzerland, Thailand, Dubai, and other countries. Nikki Beach in Saint-Tropez was a stepping stone for my career, allowing me to meet and collaborate with artists like Jimmy Sax, Bob Sinclar, and others who became friends, such as Nicola Vega. The COVID-19 pandemic forced me to question myself and embark on an adventure to Dubai, where I’ve lived for three years now. I’ve had the privilege to meet incredible people who have become true friends, including Sparrow & Barbossa, Enzo Siffredi, and Emanuele Esposito. I’ve also had the chance to meet Rialians On Earth and Billy Esteban in Dubai.
Where do you find inspiration?
I find inspiration in every moment of my life, in every encounter I have, and in every culture I discover. Music is a way for me to transcribe every moment of my life.
What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
I believe the very first track I signed with a label was an unforgettable moment. Starting my career as an artist and receiving my first label contract filled me with so much happiness and encouragement that I wanted to produce 200 more tracks.
Where and when is your next performance?
You’ll be able to catch me on Thursdays at Bagatelle Dubai for Scandalous and at the Bagatelle spot for the Formula 1 event in Abu Dhabi on the roof of the W Hotel from November 23 to 26. In March, I’ll be performing at Yona Beach in Phuket, Thailand, and at other events in France.
What’s your process for dealing with performance anxiety?
I work hard to build self-confidence before a DJ set, and I maintain enough humility after a set to continue challenging myself.
