What inspired you to pursue a career in music, specifically in electronic genres?
Being introduced to music at a young age by being a promoter at clubs and playing at private parties.
How would you describe your style and sound?
My style blends Latin and Middle Eastern influences with a modern, genre-fluid sound shaped by my international background. What sets me apart is the way I fuse different cultures, rhythms, and emotions into music that feels fresh, authentic, and globally inspired while still being deeply personal.
ABOUT YOUR RELEASE
Tell us about your latest release.
(What’s the story or inspiration behind it?)
“Tu Passos,” meaning “your steps,” is a deeply personal song for me and an important first release. It’s inspired by my father, who passed away seven years ago and had an incredible ear for music. In many ways, this song represents me following in his footsteps and carrying a part of him with me through my own artistic journey. It’s both a tribute and the beginning of my path as an artist.
What message or feeling do you want listeners to take away from this release?
I want listeners to feel connected to their own journey and the people who shape them. “Tu Passos” is about legacy, love, and finding the courage to follow your path while carrying someone’s spirit with you.
Can you walk us through the creative process behind this project?
The creative process behind “Tu Passos” was very emotional and personal. I started with the feeling and story I wanted to tell — honoring my father and the impact he had on my love for music. From there, I built the sound around my international influences, blending Latin and Middle Eastern elements to create something that felt authentic to me. Every part of the song, from the melodies to the atmosphere, was made to reflect memory, movement, and connection, making this first release both a tribute and the start of my artistic journey.
How does this release differ from your previous work?
This is my first release.
INDUSTRY AND PERSONAL INSIGHTS
What do you think is the biggest challenge for artists in the electronic music industry today?
I think one of the biggest challenges for artists in the electronic music industry today is standing out while staying authentic. With so much music being released constantly, it’s easy to get caught up in trends or algorithms. For me, the real challenge is creating something that genuinely connects with people while still pushing your own artistic identity and sound forward.
What role do events, collaborations, or labels play in shaping your career?
Collaborations especially allow different cultures and sounds to come together in a unique way, which is something that really inspires me. Working with Cafe De Anatolia has been an important step in my journey, as their global and culturally rich approach to electronic music aligns closely with my own artistic vision and influences.
Do you have any advice for aspiring artists looking to break into the scene?
My advice to aspiring artists is to stay authentic and patient with the process. Focus on developing your own sound instead of chasing trends, and don’t be afraid to let your personal story and influences shape your music. Consistency, collaboration, and building genuine connections are just as important as talent, especially in today’s electronic music scene.
LOOKING AHEAD
What can your fans expect next?
Fans can expect a lot of new music and exciting collaborations in the near future. Right now, I’m working on a very special project that blends Afro and Middle Eastern influences, something I’ve been developing over the past few months very carefully. It also features a collaboration with a well-known singer from Jordan, which makes the project even more meaningful and exciting for me. I’m looking forward to sharing more soon as the sound and vision continue to evolve.
